Potato Vegetable , Microwave style.   

[ Punjab, North India ]  [ Main Course, Sabzee , Vegetarian ]
Time to cook : 30minutes
Ingredients:
Potato medium size 4 to 6

Onions medium size 3 to 4

Tomato Ripe Red medium size 2

Gram Masala tablespoon 1

Salt to taste

Refined Oil tablespoons 4

Method:
1.       Peal the Potato and cut them length wise like in case of potato finger chips.

2.       Cut the onions into medium size - four to six pices per onion.

3.       Cut the tomato also into length wise slices.

4.       Put the oil in a ovenproof dish and warm it in the micro for 2 mts.

5.       Mix the cut vegtables in this warm oil. Add the Garam Masala and salt to
           taste.

6.       Add about half cup water and mix well.

7.       Keep the dish with the ingredients in the MICRO and micro it for 15 to 20 mts. till tender.

Enough for four searvings.

Eat with Chapaties or Paranthos. If in a hurry can be eaten with bread slice.
